WHAT SHOULD I BRING WHEN I DROP OFF MY COMPUTER?
When you drop off your system, please remember to bring everything needed to use it. This includes all power cords and cables, keyboard and mouse (if you use these input devices). If you are having problems printing, please also bring your printer.

If you have your system passworded, we will also need your login credentials.
HOW LONG DOESÂ SERVICE TAKE?
It is difficult to estimate services times until we evaluate your system. We will give you an estimate of the time once we have checked out your system and before we begin any work.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Currently, we accept cash and checks. We are actively looking at credit card payment options.

There is a $50 service fee on returned checks and we do not accept 3rd party checks.
CAN YOU UPGRADE MY OPERATING SYSTEM?
YES! We can. We do not stock software here, but are happy to order it for you. All software orders are payable in advance and are non-refundable if you decide not to upgrade.
MY WORK COMPUTER IS ACTING UP, CAN I BRING IT TO YOU?
Unfortunately, due to legalities, we are unable to service company issued computers. Please contact your IT department for help.
I CAN'T GET TO THE SHOP TO PICK UP MY COMPUTER BEFORE I LEAVE FOR VACATION!
We know that your time is valuable and things come up. We offer courtesy storage of your system for up to five (5) business days past work completion. After that time, a $10 per day storage fee will be assessed, unless other arrangements have been made and your service has been paid for in full. Systems not picked up within thirty (30) days will be considered abandoned and disposed of.
